Born and raised in Paris, France, Nathalie Nolander’s journey to Sarasota has been 
shaped by travel, hospitality, and a lifelong connection to coastal living.

Her early career began in the world of dance and entertainment before joining Club 
Med as a stage manager, where her passion for travel and international experiences 
first developed. She later worked as an executive flight attendant for Dassault Falcon, 
followed by culinary training in Lyon and Cannes, France, eventually becoming a chef 
aboard mega yachts.
During fifteen years at sea, Nathalie traveled extensively, building lasting relationships 
and developing a deep appreciation for exceptional service, attention to detail, and the 
importance of creating memorable experiences for others.
Today, Sarasota is home to Nathalie and her family. With a background rooted in hospitality, international travel, and client care, transitioning into residential real estate was a natural next step.
With 14 years of real estate experience, successful transactions throughout the Sarasota area, and lasting relationships with repeat clients, Nathalie brings both market knowledge and personal care to each client experience. Her experience also includes notable transactions within Sarasota’s luxury market, giving her valuable insight into the expectations of discerning buyers and sellers.
Known for her thoughtful and relationship-driven approach, Nathalie serves clients throughout Sarasota’s coastal communities, including Lido Key and surrounding waterfront areas.
